If you carry stress in your shoulders, upper back, or spend long hours on your feet, this treatment provides targeted relaxation. This session can be provided seated or massage table. A disposable spa wrap is provided for those receiving a seated treatment. Undressing from the waist up is recommended for those treatments provided on the massage table. Traditionally Champi is a seated massage, but many enjoy the fuller experience a table provides. Schedule your session fully clothed while seated or undressed from the waist up on the massage table with the upper body appropriately draped for greater access to the back, neck, and shoulders and a more immersive relaxation experience. Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is the pleasant tingling that often begins at the scalp and neck triggered by soft sounds, gentle touch, or repetitive movement. It supports the release of dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin which aids in the decrease of cortisol (the stress hormone)! Your session utilizes a series of tools providing an array of different sensory output. Depending on your preferences areas may include scalp, ears, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, and legs. Dress to your comfort level. Most dress down to undergarments to receive the most coverage and benefits. Your appointment time includes a brief check-in, time to get comfortable, your hands on time, and a few minutes to transition and complete payment.

Enjoy a session devoted entirely to reflexology. Using gentle, focused pressure on specific reflex points of the feet, this traditional wellness practice encourages relaxation and provides a grounding opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your body. This session includes reflexology only and does not include foot massage, soaking, or washing. For those wanting specialized focused lymph support choose a RLD specific sequence. Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a complementary tool directly modeled after Manual Lymph Drainage, a gentle, non-invasive, and specialized technique using light pressure which focuses on stimulating lymphatic reflex points on the feet (and sometimes hands) to support healthy lymph flow throughout the body. RLD has been used in scientific documented study to help reduce lymphoedema following breast cancer treatment and may also support clients experiencing autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. Consult your doctor prior to scheduling RLD.

Enjoy combined hand and foot relaxation reflexology and massage. Gentle pressure is applied to specific points on the hands and feet to support wellness and stress relief through relaxation. Including massage of the calf and forearm, it helps release muscular tightness, reduce heaviness, and improve circulation. Your 60 minute visit includes hands on time, personalized planning, review of session, foot mapping, and take home sheet. Your foot map provides an account of specific areas of soreness and granular texture that align with the Ingham Method reflexology mapping. It is not intended for use in diagnosing. Ready for LOCS? Let’s plan your look! Your LOCS Consultation is the first step toward creating an installation designed for you. We'll review the look you want to achieve, potential side effects of wearing locs, and preparing and maintaining your hair. We’ll also assess your natural hair, discuss prep and maintenance, review installation and removal, and answer your questions so you know what to expect from start to finish. Following your consultation, you’ll receive recommendations for your LOCS installation, including estimated time and pricing. Ready to move forward? Once you decide to book, your required deposit will be collected and your LOCS installation will be scheduled. Please plan for your installation to take place approximately 2–4 weeks after booking. This allows time for you to order, receive, and prepare you locs for installation. Your consultation fee is applied toward the price of your LOCS installation when you book.

LOC extensions are only installed on clean, 100% dry hair that is completely free of grease, oils, leave-in conditioners, and styling products. You can choose to do this at home or in the salon. Please note that arriving with unclean or wet hair may either result in an extra charge to perform this service in the salon if there is time, or loss of deposit and the need to reschedule with new deposit. The Malibu Scalp Therapy treatment must be used if washing at home. Hair must be bone dry before installation can begin to prevent shrinking, breaking, and mold growing in the hair and locs. **Additional drying charge for clients with EXTRA THICK HAIR may apply. Will discuss at consult.

**CONSULT REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING*** This service is for installation and removal of locs to be done no longer than 8 weeks after installation. Removal at four weeks is recommended for best practice and least amount of hair loss. Locs are not included. Make sure your locs are fully cleaned with synthetic locs having been through an ACV rinse to remove chemicals from production and limit irritation once installed. Results vary depending on thickness of hair and loc extensions. You could need more or less than the recommended starting point below. This service includes the removal of locs. It is highly recommended to incorporate a scalp treatment prior to reinstallation. At least one day of rest is required prior to reinstallation. It is highly recommended to wait at least one week before reinstalling your locs.
